Terms + Conditions
All entries must be submitted either:
- All entries must be submitted either: On DVD, mailed together with this application form OR Uploaded to the ‘Hillside Film Festival’ group on Vimeo.
- If selected for screening, entries must be made available on mini-DV format, at which time the HFF will provide further instructions.
- All films must be 15 minutes or under in duration, including titles and credits.
- Submitted material will not be returned by post but will be available to pick up from the festival office in the week following the festival.
- All care will be taken with entries but the Hillside Film Festival accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of entries.
- The Hillside Film Festival retains the right to publicly screen (including television and online) the films submitted in part or in their entirety for promotional purposes.
- Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into.
- The entrant ensures that they own the copyright or have a license of copyright for the film submittedand all works within.
- The entrant ensures that they own the copyright or have a license of copyright for any sound recordings that appear on the film’s soundtrack.
- The entrant is responsible for obtaining all relevant clearances and permissions for their film.
- The Director of the film must be aged 30 years or under on the 20th February 2010.
